To advocate for and promote the realization of rights of women, marginalized groups and youths in pastoralists communities through seeking justice, training and research in order to strengthen their daily life, according to their culture.

4. Objectivity: A common goal so devised for the organization as a whole and the organization is set up to achieve that goal.
5. Creativity: The organization is set up in such a way that every individual should be assigned a duty according to his/her creativity and qualification to help increase achievement of the common goal.
6. Task definition: The scope of authority and responsibility should be clearly defined for staff. Every person should know his/her work responsibilities. Also the relationship between different departments should also be clearly defined to make the work efficient and smooth.
